Craig, Thank you for the very positive feedback and I'm very happy to have shipped your classic Ford F-250 to you in a timely manner. As you stated communication, courtesy, professionalism are very important to you and everyone else who cares about their expected high level of customer service. There's far too many people today who don't provide any customer service in this business and many other businesses for that matter, their only eager to get the sale and don't care what happens after that. Just walk in any department store, grocery store or resturaunt. We strive to make the process of transporting a vehicle a very positive memorable experience for each of our customers.
