Very successful pick up and delivery by Alpine Transport

This was my first time using Alpine Transport and I would definitely use this service again. Alpine Transport came highly recommended by a relative who has used them several times to ship cars from one state to another and they didn't disappoint.

Dave Fountain was so easy to work with from start to finish and created a very trusting business environment. Dave did an excellent job coordinating this out of state pickup for my daughter's car, which she had to leave in CA when she moved overseas. Dave's driver did an excellent job coordinating the pick up of the car which was left at my daughter's friend's home. When my daughter's friend could not be initially be reached when the driver first called for pickup in San Diego, it wasn't made into an issue because the driver still kept contacting this friend of my daughter's who was having a cell phone problem.... the end result was a successful pickup because the driver was persistent and had good problem solving skills. I believe this really showed great team workmanship skills.

Additionally, Dave kept me up to date every step of the way. I was never worrried so there was no stress on my part ever! Our car was received in Wisconsin in the same condition it left California in and the driver was very timely. I'm so grateful to Dave and Alpine Transport for their outstanding service and reasonable cost!

Betsy, Thank you for taking time to leave a very nice review! I'm so glad everything went so smoothly transporting Meredith's LeSabre. I wanted to make this as stress free as possible for you, your daughter, her friends helping at the pick up location and for Brad receiving the car in WI. Please thank Norma and Jean for their help in San Diego and also Brad's help in WI and to you for being so easy to work with. The real key in this business is always great communication to ensure a smooth transport. That means being available at all times.
