I see these reviews for a different Allied than the one I hired. I know there's one in Florida. I bumped into a lady who used that one and it was horrible. She warned me to stay clear when I mentioned I was using Allied. The company I hired is out of northwest California. They did a great job. Explained the whole process to me so I was confident in what was going to happen. I had to fly to Dallas in advance of my vehicle so I was relieved to hear it was picked up in the window of time they had estimated. Chris, my sales rep was kind and touched base to let me know about the progress of the move and to confirm when I should be hearing from the driver. The car was delivered within the estimated time and arrived in great condition. I elected for open transport so it was a little dusty from the 1200 mile trip, but that's to be expected. I'm very pleased everything went smoothly and my car arrived safely. I'd hire (west coast) Allied Auto Transport again.
