Worst service I've ever experienced in any industry.

2 quotes for an open-transport from Salt lake to Bay area: $500 form unnamed company and $875 from Allied. I ask allied if they can do it by a specific date and they say yes, so I go with them. The moment the $875 left my bank account I stop receiving any updates, follow ups or service at all. I had to call them every day to know what's going on and of course it's a different person every time. "I assure you that your car will arrive on Monday" - they on Friday. "I assured you that your car will be there first thing tomorrow" -they said on Monday then. Eventually gave up on getting anything from Allied and found out thy just sub-contracted Top Line Service Inc for cheap and eat the margin. Top Line explained that the track had mechanical problems and worked with me on the delivery. The car eventually arrived on Wednesday at 7.30 pm when I was on my way to the airport for a family trip. Called them to share the experience and ask for a partial refund and here's what I got: "You and I talking about this isn't gonna change anything. This is how the industry works. Thank you for your business." Think twice about going with them.. all they have is a pretty web-site and if something goes wrong, they dump the responsibility on the driver.
