We regret to hear of Mr. Ngyuen`s experience. Both the pick up and delivery locations for Mr. Ngyuen were located in very remote areas, where most drivers do not pass through. This is something that he knew and was explained when he placed his order. We worked on assigning a driver that would be available to pick up the vehicles and when we were unable to find a resolution for Mr. Ngyuen we immediately refunded his money. As with all of our customers, we were in constant communication with Mr. Ngyuen and he was kept well informed of his situation from the very beginning.
