Be Careful!!

I was expecting them to deliver my car to Ca before 4/20 when I got there. They picked up the car in Pennsylvania on 4/9, 4 day late than 1st available date. Told me it only takes 4-5 days to California. I didn't complain since I gave them enough time to deliver. On 4/14, I was told the truck was broken somewhere in Indiana and they need to buy a new truck. I was told my car should be delivered on time or 1 day late. When I arrived in Ca on 4/20, I called the carrier and broker and was told they needed another 2-3 more days. I ended up renting a car for total 4 days, which costs me $315. My initial quote was $725. My total ended up being $1040 (including the rental).

I called the broker, asked for some reimbursement or discount. One guy asked me to deal with the driver. It's ridiculous! They just want to get rid of me after they got my deposit $180. However, the driver said he just works for the carrier company and should not be responsible for this issue. I called the carrier and was told that they would not responsible for this delay and my car rental. He said they would take my car back to Pennsylvania if I don’t pay them enough. I called the broker again. The manager clearly told me as long as the carrier picked up the car, they would not have their schedule at all, and they would not be responsible for this delay at all and refuse to reimburse any of my loss due to their fault. I was exhausted by dealing with them. They broke my heart.

That is how they treat their customer. That is how they make you frustrated. Be careful if you are looking for auto shipping company. I will never use this broker and carrier again and would never ever recommend Allegiance to anyone!!!

We regret to hear of Kevin`s dissatisfaction as customer service and satisfaction is our main goal. We do everything possible to accommodate all of our customer`s needs. This particular customer requested a pick up date of April 9th and asked that we schedule the pick up as close to this date as possible. Although this customer chose stand-by service, we were able to arrange for pick up for his vehicle on the exact date he requested, April 9th. The general time frame for delivery from coast to coast is 10-14 days and the estimated delivery for the customer`s vehicle was April 22nd, although this date was not guaranteed. The reason for such a broad time frame is because occasionally drivers do have delays due to uncontrollable events. In this particular situation the carrier`s truck suffered mechanical problems and needed to be taken to a body shop. The carrier, KJ Falcon, notified us immediately and we arranged for another one of their trucks to pick up the customer`s vehicle and deliver it as soon as possible. Subsequently, the vehicle was delivered on April 23rd. We were in constant communication with the customer throughout the whole process as well as with Mike from KJ Falcon. Although the ONE DAY delay was out of ours and the carriers control we even offered to refund a portion of the customer`s payment as a courtesy.
