Great pickup and delivery service. On-time. Only problem we encountered was a problem with Allegiance Auto Shipping's automated email service and automated phone system. We didn't get the paperwork via email until we made numerous phone calls to notify them of their communication system problems. Finally got the paperwork via FAX and employees' personal email method. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the actual pickup and delivery of our vehicle.
