The vehicle was moved by an enclosed carrier. The carrier and ourselves did everything to meet your schedule. The pick up was done in PLATTSBURGH, NY by enclosed carrier and taken to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. There are restrictions for heavy trucks in Las Olas, which is where you live. They had to transfer the vehicle to a flat bed truck to finish the delivery to your doorstep. We have tried to discuss this with you and your wife plenty of times but, no one returns our calls. Please see below the section of our agreement that states this, which you e-signed.
