Much faster than everyone else for same price

I had quoted bigger companies but all of them pretty much only could give me about a 3 day window for pick up and then an average delivery time of about 2 weeks after pick up but no guarantee. ACT wasn't able to guarantee but they quoted about a 3 day turnaround time.

The truck was about a half day later than they anticipated picking up BUT they did have a decent excuse in that there was a pretty serious snow storm so that could be chalked up to an "act of god." Then they got my motorcycle here in ~27 hours.

So it was basically perfect as far as delivery can go and would have likely been no delays had there not been a snow storm.

Probably the only thing that could improve would be the knowledge of the COD portion of it. I hadnt done something like this before so I wasnt really used to doing COD deliveries. More clearly knowing the exact amount and terms of the COD (as in what forms of payment they would accept) would have helped speed up the drop off but it wasnt a big deal in my case as the bank of open and close by.
