Gordon, Perry auto should have gotten this rating not Me ( Michelle) we did not touch your car at all. we did everything we said we were going to do. the emails i had responded to and sent back to Shauna to let you know that i needed a fax number to fax you over the insurance on Perry Auto. I would like you to remove this rating your vehicle was p/u at a timely manner and delivered we have no control over damages and what the trucks do. also i finally got a hold of perry auto and got a copy of the bol. that you signed and no damages were reported. also you waited 2 weeks after delivery to try and put a claim in. once you sign it without damages its no good you are on your own. i would have noticed a broken windsheld when they tried to deliver and i would of been very upset. so i am sorry the claim is no good.
