poor communications

I used an online quote service to find a carrier to transport my '50 Plymouth from Northern California to Akron, OH. recieved numerious emails with quotes. I found All Across America Auto Transporters gave me a quote for $850.00 So, I contacted Kevin Moody and arranged for pickup I put a deposit down of $150.00 and waited for contact of pickup on 2/22/08. Several weeks went by with no contact then a month went by and the $150.00 posted on my checking account. Still did not hear anything I tried to contact them by email and phone kept getting voice mail for Michell but no return call. then one day I have a phone message from this girl Shawna stating that she was going to be handling my accoujnt whould never tell me anything but were trying to get a carrier into that area but couldn't locate any trucks to make the pickup well with rising fuel costs and the run around phone calls with Shawna I got fed up and cancelled the order and requested my $150.00 returned in which I am still waiting on. Is these people still in business? They don't honor quotes and they don't communicate and when you cancel they don't return your money These people are SCAM ARTISTS!

Wayne you know you are a lier. When we gave you that quote that was before the fuel costs risen. you called 7-10 times a day for status and i returned phone calls to you telling you the same thing over and over again that as soon as we got a truck i would call you.the 150.00 deposit we also put on the truck to get it moved not making anything. i had a truck but they wanted 950.00 i called you and you said no i am in no big hurry remeber that? i said ok and then you called and cancelled and i said ok and you got the 150.00 back the same day you cancelled it it up to your bank to give it back it takes 2-5 days depending on which bank you use. Everything that was in the contract was honored. we have 21 days to move your car if we can't you get full refund and you did. if you were so upset you should have communicated better because whenever you called you acted like it was no big deal your exact words were ( I am in no big rush).Then i see this later on.
