My fiance is a solider who is currently serving in Afghanistan and was the one who received the first quote from all aboard Auto Shipping. Because he is a solider they offered us a military discount and a 500 dollar gas voucher, it seemed like the perfect quote and we were more than excited to get my car to Alaska. We had planned on getting the car to Alaska by the time he came home, so he would have transportation. Ashley seemed happy to help and was calling my phone constantly. I didn't think much of it because I have dealt with shipping companies before and everything seemed the same. After she received our 300 hundred deposit she stopped calling. I still didn't think much of that because we had some time before the car needed to be shipped, but as the time neared for the car to be shipped I tried calling back and their number was constantly busy. I got online to check their website to see if maybe their number had changed and I found this site! Now my finance is coming home in two weeks and I'm going to Alaska in four weeks and we do not have a car for transportation. Now we are stuck having to buy a car while my car sits in Hawaii. The worst part is now I have to wait until my finance can call me so I say thanks for serving, oh PS you got screwed! NOT a good experience and I am very sorry for everyone has been placed in the same situation of being screwed! I truly hope Ashley gets what coming to her.
