Everyone on here is going through the same trouble, including myself. Quickly I can tell you my story and then tell you what action you can take based on my experience.
I got hooked up with these clowns in early November to ship my 1969 Ford Torino. They offered me the $200 gas voucher and a competitive price so I was happy to sign with them. Gave them the mandatory @200 deposit. Long story short, they didn't pick up my vehicle that day. Then they tried get me to pay more with the promise of a $500 voucher this time for a "guaranteed pick up."
Long story short, they never picked up my car. I spoke to them last in the beginning of January, telling them that I am not in a rush so paying additional money for a guaranteed pickup was not necessary. Well, that was the last time I spoke to them. Then in the beginning of February I tried to call them and all I got were busy signals.
What to do...
If you paid the deposit less than 60 days ago, go to your bank or credit card company and file a claim. They will issue you a new card and return your money after they have made an investigation.
If you have made your deposit beyond the 60 days, you must go to small claims court. I suggest that any success with this procedure be posted so precedent cases against All Aboard Auto Shipping Inc. can be used to help the judge make his decision.
Good luck to everyone!
