The driver was a few hours late picking up the car. I was told they'd arrive - by the dispatcher- between noon and 3pm. The driver didn't actually arrive until about 10pm. However, they did call me earlier in the day to explain they were running late due to the California traffic which I can understand with the weather and fires going on in that area.
The driver did deliver the car earlier then expected which made up for the late pick up!! I've had my car shipped before when I originally moved out to Vegas and I have to say I prefer this company. The car wasn't as dirty as the first time I shipped it with a different company, though there were some dirt marks on the front because I didn't pay extra to have it top loaded. The Aledi driver was more professional in answering my questions.
