Having a car shipped from a dealr in TN to NJ. I was told it would be here on 3-16. It is 3-17 and not here. I get it, that is not a big deal. WHat is a big deal is that I found out from the dealer that the car was pciked up on Saturday 3-15 in the morning. ZERO communication from the Albatross on pickup, delivery time, and no status in between. I have called and sent text several times with NO repsonse other than one time thye answered and told me they will get a status and call me right back. That was 24 hours ago and I now most calls go straight to voicemail. So as of now, I am not sure if my car is in a ditch, headed to another country on a ship or on it's way to me. Again, this has NOTHING to do with dealys as I know that happens. This is my 67th car and have seen everything except this, ZERO communication.
