I was first quoted a total price of $850 for door to door service with no premiums since I am active duty Military. After picking up the car 10 days after they were supposed to, I find out they used another contractor (M&E auto transport). M&E called me within 1 hour of delivery and demanded $152 in cash or money order or else they would take the car and put it into storage and charge $$ each day. Terrible service all around. I called Air, Land, & Sea to find out what was going on and they played around saying they didn't have a clue. I ended up paying to have my car released, but disputed the original charge on my credit card pending investigation. Both M&E and Air, Land, and Sea are dishonest.
