Our transports do take an average of 1-7 days to get a vehicle picked up. However Mr. Powells was not the average situation with it needing to be delivered to NM. When Mr. David Powell of Herington KS, placed his order we told him that going to New Mexico was going to take some time. We advised him that there are very few carriers in this industry that go to NM. We told him that it will take some time for a carrier to complete a load large enough to make it worth the trip. We advised him it was not impossible but that it will take several weeks to get a carrier assigned who is going that way.
In addition, part of the reason for the delay was because Mr. Powell changed his delivery location to another state. When this happens our dispatch team has to start the process over again. We did mention that if we had to start over it would be another 1-7 days because its like starting from scratch. He completely understood and advised us he still wanted to change the delivery location.
Mr. David Powell is not being completely truthful about the situation and what took place. We were completely honest with him upfront; in addition we did speak with him several times regarding his order in addition to emails he mentioned. The file is documented with dates showing we spoke to him about once a week. We do not deserve this rating he posted. Thank you for your time and understanding of the circumstance.
