Kelly Nippell of Great Mills, MD, had her 1995 Toyota Camry transported from Orange, CA to Maryland. Her total cost to the carrier was $1100. We worked with Kelly during the very busy season to get her vehicle scheduled for transport. She was very patient and understanding during the process. We do not really understand what the exact complaint is. It seems as though the driver was a little disgruntled. We are very sorry that he burdened Kelly with that. Once Kelly’s vehicle was assigned there were no issues that we are aware of with the carrier or driver. The carrier that transported Kelly’s vehicle is very reputable and one of the best carriers in this industry. We kept Kelly informed and provided the best service possible for Kelly. As Kelly stated "Customer service was very good". We wish Kelly the very best.
