It took this company seven days from the time they gave me the initial pick up date. When I called after they never showed after the original pick up date. I received a call three days later. I was told by James Hemmerle that he himself had "dropped the ball" and forgot to put the order through. Well 7 days later, the freight was picked up.

I was then charge an additional $60.00. When I called to question the charge and complain that my freight was seven days late to be picked up an d the fault lied with one of their employees, I was told that was the chance I take. When I e-mailed and called in complaints. No one ever responded.

DO NOT USE this company. Bush league and a Mickey Mouse company.
