Poor, Unreliable Service

My son's vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Nov 21, 22 or 23,2005 and delivered to his home in Coral Springs, FL. My son is in the Army and is leaving for duty in Iraq this week. This reservation to move his vehicle was made over two weeks ago. The auto shipping company cannot tell me when the vehicle is to be moved. They also hung up on me when I was trying to get a confirmation that the vehicle would be picked up by 11/23/2005.

I made numerous attempts to obtain a pick up date by 11/23/2005. One individual, Bill Evans, told me if I purchased a more expensive moving package it probably would have been done. As I was explaining, for the third or fourth time to a Donna Crystal about my son's situation and that this is no way to treat a soldier, she said I was rude and hung up on me. Since she now refuses to speak with me, I cannot ask them for a refund. I want a full refund of the money owed me. I believe this is a scam by the company to get more money from people when time has run out.
