Stay away - they are scammers

I hired Aero Auto Hauling to transport my car from NY to TX. On Monday, June 10, 2024, I signed a contract for $700, with a pickup date of June 14 and a delivery date of June 17. Before signing, I confirmed with the agent(Cherry Smith - that is not her original name) that a driver would be scheduled for the pickup without any issues, as the company supposedly has 100 trucks and 120 drivers. On the day of pickup, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $350 above the agreed $700, citing the driver’s demand. Pressed for time, I had no choice but to agree. The car was picked up on June 15, 2024. Following the pickup, I repeatedly contacted the agent, his manager, and the owner, Sumeet Sandhu, for updates on my car. None of them provided any information. As of now, my car is delayed by four days, causing significant inconvenience as I navigate Texas without my vehicle. Instead of offering proper customer service or compensation, the company manager (Max - again not his original name) suggested a discount on future transports, which is unacceptable given their failure to honor the current contract and terrible customer service. I received my car after 4 days from the date of delivery. Aero Auto Hauling appears to be scamming customers. Once the contract is signed, there is no customer service or support, and they stop responding to calls and texts. My experience with this company has been horrendous. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. This situation has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience, and I feel compelled to warn others about the risks of doing business with Aero Auto Hauling. They failed to deliver on their promises and provided no accountability for their actions. Aero Auto Hauling needs to be held accountable for their unprofessional behavior and failure to honor agreements. I strongly advise others to avoid using their services.
