This person is insaine, she called and booked an order to ship her car, at the same she gave a credit card for the deposit, the next day she called and gave us some ubsurd story that she wanted to cancel, we in turn said fine and that we would credit her account for the 200.00 when the bookeeper comes in on friday, which is exactly what we did. We never moved her car nor did we keep her money, as insaine as she is the mother kept calling, approximately 10-15 times, and they were told that the money would be returned on Friday, they did not want to here that. They called there credit card company who in turn called us and informed us that this customer does this all the time and is probably insane
