The customer was fully aware of the charge, he signed the shipping order and the terms and conditions which discloses the $50.00 to be charged for the fuel. "You know what they say ignorance is bliss" The customer should have read the shipping order terms and conditions it indicates that there will be a $50.00 fuel charge added to all orders.
The customer complains that they had to go to a shopping center or a commercial parking lot to pickup and deliver the vehicle, this is due to the fact that the truck is 80 feet long and 13 1/2 feet high, some ares you just cant go with this truck, again this is explained in the terms and conditions, wherever we can deliver the car to the door or pickup from the door we do.
Also the car was picked up on 2/1 and delivered on 2/5 right within the estimate given to the customer.
I guess when a customer no matter what we do complains even if the job is done right, we cant do anything about it. I guess this customer has nothing to do but complain no matter what anyone does.
