It has now been nearly six weeks after my scheduled delivery for my truck and the hits keep on coming. I’ve had my truck professionally stripped, washed and waxed and detailed TWICE and I have failed to get out the scratches and dings that were caused by this company. My truck’s body is ruined. After numerous washes and waxes, there is still a translucent film on portions of my truck body from something – exhaust, drippage, another vehicles leaks, I don’t know – and it will not wash off or buff out. There are swirls, scratches, paint chips on the doors and tail gate, as well as a dent and paint chip in the fender. All of these chips are down to the bare metal. Now the onus is on me to have this vehicle stripped and re-painted because no professional company can remove the film left on the vehicle or buff out the deep swirls and scratches. I paid over $900 to have these incompetents haul my vehicle, and now it is costing me $3,600 to have my vehicle re-painted. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!
