Danielle Lawson in Acertus claims dept is very rude,I'm a transporter for them and they charged me for damage in April just $906 for a wrap on a trim piece under the headlight which she states is a front bumper,the invoice she sent says nothing but $906,just the other day she sends a estimate from gatorwrap to me after 8 months,I contacted gatorwrap myself and sent the exact same van and damage and the manager quated $95 removal $125 rewrap but I get a bill of $906 and they took that money from loads I did for them,100% Danielle Lawson lied to me and says they never said it was s.t.i afterhours drop,I'll post the emails..she lied,she did not follow policy on showing me breakdown of invoice charge,Danielle has for 6 days has me not active and I can't work,I've emailed her today 8 times asking what I need to do or talk to do I can work and no response,she's doin this on purpose to retaliate for me asking for a correct invoice,we drivers do all the hard work and we get screwed...I could be wrong but can somebody tell me that the pic with the red circle if that is a bumper bcuz I thought the big black piece that goes from one side of the van to the other side is a bumper,Danielle is telling me the red circled part is a bumper???and I know for fact Acertus gets $150 for a vehicle from BMW vista to Gardena auction and posts it for $90,I believe they take 40% almost half the money and another 2% if u want the money in 2 days..,seems like to much....Dec 7 they have now blocked my emails like little kids cuz of that lil baby Danielle is probally throwing a fit....Danielle even mentioned something about me being black,this is a racist ass company,I don't think any blacks work there...iam going to write Ford about thur racist remarks and I hope they drop them..THE WHITE MAN THEY CALL BACK BUT THE BLACK MAN THEY WONT CALL BACK........Dec 7 12:10pm I just tried to login and Acertus blocked me from checking to see if I'm active,still I have gotten zero call from them,they blocked my email cuz it gets returned,now they block me from logging in,what cowards they are all becuz of Danielle's ego lol lil baby... See read the review below me...it's ok I'll just contact Ford and show them your lying,breaking policy ,did not give me proper invoice,show them how I asked them to call and how they treat thur drivers and I'll show them what they been paying us for these vans and taking 40% of the pay,that might even be breaking the law taking that much...
