PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My delivery was not completed and after instructing me to pre-pay the driver that was to deliver my vehicle, ACE not only refused to refund the money paid but also refused to answer the phone or respond to emails. In fact, I had to threaten a lawsuit before getting a response in the first place. I wound up booking another transport company at full price just to not have to deal with ACE again. There are so many other transport companies, please don't take a chance on this one.
