This carrier was located for me by Nichole Hilton at Hilton Auto Transport. She contacted me promptly & was very friendly and reassuring. I gave her kind of short notice to find a carrier (spoke with her on a Wed & needed a carrier for Mon/Tues), and she called me back within an hour with someone who could meet my exact needs & let me know exactly what to expect. That someone was driver Deuk Chang with ACE Auto Trans, Inc., who called within the time frame she told me he would & was able to pick my car up on that Monday. He was VERY diligent about keeping me in the loop with even the slightest time changes, which was great! And, to top it off, he was even able to deliver my car earlier than was originally projected!

After all the things that I read about how badly this process could go, I was greatly relieved that Nichole & Deuk were on top of their jobs and treated me with the courtesy every customer deserves! If I EVER have to ship my car again or hear about someone else who needs to, I will definitely tell them to contact Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport & also recommend that they ask for Deuk with ACE Auto Trans! Stellar service!!! Also, thanks to the Transport Reviews folks for giving me all the tools I needed to make an educated decision!!
