Transporting my Camry from CA to VA

Ace Auto Trans was referred by Mitch Chencin of American Car Transportation. I requested and received a copy of the policy which Ace is insured under. My 2011 Camry was picked up on time in Cerritos, CA and delivered at pre-arranged time. The pickup location was at my home; however, the drop-off location was a Home Depot which was located a few miles away from the specified destination. I learned from Mr. Kim, the driver, that the preferred locations are Home Depot, WalMart, and Lowe's. In addition, I initiated contacts to Ace to find out about the status of my car. It would've been better if Ace contact me more promptedly to notify the status of my car. Other than these minor points, the service was punctual and reliable. Kudos to Mr. Kim, the driver, for doing a fine job of transporting my car.
