I was referred to ACE Auto Trans through Total Car Shipping. There were some problems during the transport, and one of which is the truck driver lost my key. I was really impressed how well ACE Auto Trans handled the incident. The car arrived on time as they promised, and they refunded the key duplicate cost with ease (VA-CA from 12/29-01/06). They were very responsive thorough the whole process. The truck driver is also a very friendly and humble guy. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

One tip for whoever wants to ship cars: research well before shipping. Car shipping is a business with its own characteristics. Very interesting. Sometimes the shipping company doesn't own the truck, but they contract with individual truck drivers on each car. As a result, cooperating with the shipping company will definitely make it easier for both sides.
