This customer's car was delivered on time when customer received the car, he inspected the car and signed bill of lading, a few days later he called saying that was damages on the car, scratches on quarter panel. I asked the customer to submit pictures of the damaged and that's when we discovered that the damages customer was claiming were already noted on bill of lading when we picked up the car, so, AV TRANSPORT is not liable for damages that were already on vehicle when we picked up the car. Customer is also saying he paid us $850.00 we only collected $700.00. AV Transport has all the documentation to proof that this customer is wrong.
