We booked a load with this company at 12:07pm (lunch time) and received a call at 5PM stating that they had to cancel this load. I deadheaded my driver 300 miles for this load, they reassured us the the load was good so I sent him on as soon as i received the rate confirmation. It was so late in the afternoon my driver had to layover without a load. ATS stuck us and did not honor TONU. DO NOT USE this company.
