We were hired to pickup a vehicle when the driver came another inoperable vehicle was blocking the vehicle we were hired to pickup. That driver left. We offered to send another carrier and she agreed. When we sent the new carrier she stated that she wasn't at the location and had no way to move the vehicle blocking the car. As our job was completed by finding a driver the deposit became non refundable. Customer was not prepared and the contract states that once a carrier is assigned the deposit is no longer refundable.
