I used Cascade Vehicle Shipping to ship my car from New Jersey to Florida, and they contracted with ABA to do the actual shipping of the vehicle. Andre picked up my car in New Jersey and was very prompt and courteous to my mother, but when the delivery due date came and went, I called Cascade. They told me that ABA had called me a day early to accept delivery, but I never received a call. I was also home all weekend long and had no idea that my car was sitting in their lot here in Florida for three days. On Monday when I found this out, I called ABA to request that they deliver my car, and was told it would be delivered that day and that I'd receive a call to let me know the driver was on his way. I called back every two hours until 4:30 when Alex hung up on me as soon as I identified myself. I called again on Tuesday several times, and finally in the early afternoon Andre delivered my car. I was getting very upset up until then, not knowing what was going on and not being told, and was very relieved when Andre showed up. ABA is very unprofessional as far as handling their clients on the phone, but Andre was a terrific driver and a good person. I just wish I could say the same for the woman who answers their phones.
