DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company has the worst customer service. They signed my contract and completely violated it and refused to admit it. Had our company paid their delivery charges of $300.00 plus $700.00 for the return of our vehicle for a mistake that their driver made. Our vehicle was never delivered to the address given and had us struggle to get it back from them after paying them what they wanted. They even refused to surrender our vehicle after receiving a letter from DOT requesting them to settle this matter with us. We have dealt with a lot of Transport Company for the past 10 years and this is the worst. I am amazed with their disregard to good customer service and how they deal with problems. I strongly advise everyone to beware, you might loose as much as we did plus all the agrevation.
