Car was delivered a week later then promised. Nobody responded either at the drivers number or the owner number (Vasily Ivanov). When i used a private number then only the owner picked up not knowing that i was calling. Cash was taken before the car was taken off the carrier. The car was delivered at night. It was covered with thick layer of dirt probably to hide the damaged roof and side (estimate of approx. $1800 damage). The interior was all oily. When i contacted the owner of the company for damages, he was abusive. The overall experience was a nightmare. I had used a broker (Lea Lerario) and she had got me the company through Central Dispatch. I have reported to Better Business Bureau but the company has not responded to their query yet.
