We are extremely worried, I called the carrier last week, we knew they were late, they never gave the reason to be late, they promised to deliver the car on 08/25 , I called him 3 times on 25, he reconfirmed the delivery, Central Dispatch also called him and they reconfirmed the delivery
this never happened, I can't even sleep worried about this company, today I will call my customer and say to him to call the police as missing car. I did everything I could, his rate with Central Dispatch was 97% but I can't imagine they are so bad, When I complained with him, I told I would give him a bad rate and he said I didn't care and hanged up, when I talked to him on 25 he said everything was ok and it was not. Customer had to rent a car, he said he was not going to give any discount, indeed he said he wanted more money, the only way is to call the police, I want a compensation not for me but for my customer so he can have the money he paid for the car rental refunded, this company must to be out of the business
