Tyler and Dina -Thank you for your review though I would have appreciated the extra star. I don't know what was missed in the service for the loss of the 1 star. For the transport community- I was happy to take care of the couple in shipping their car. We intially had a verrry quick dispatch and their car wasnt ready. Well our LUCK the first two truckers who requested it were ready and the couple and family were not so we had to reschedule. We all know how that goes another trucker wasnt available for some time and the couple became anxious in shipping. Even so much as to double book with another company which additionaly hampered my efforts. I worked thru this and got the car dispatched at a slightly higher amount that took from our deposit "Agent Fee" reducing my fees by 50% all in the name of customer service. It's how I operate as the customer is first. Reduced fees , 3 dispatched trucks we applaud our efforts with 5 plus stars on this shipment. Above and beyond the competion. AAA Transporters.
