The company was almost completely unresponsive. They never answered the phone.
They only communicated by responding (occasionally) to text messages. My car was picked up
10 days late. I got it over a month past the originally scheduled pickup date. The company was nasty. Because of their poor performance I wound up spending over $500 in rental car expenses and they delivered my car to a city almost an hour away and cost me almost $100 in travel expenses to go pick it up. The attitude of the representative, Alex Polevoy, was "tough luck".
Apparently this is just one of several companies that Alex Polevoy is associated with including:

AAA FAMILY TRUCKING LLC
MELAN ENTERPRISES TRUCKING LLC
MELANA CONSTRUCTION LLC
POLSOR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
ROMAN HOMES LLC
ROYAL STONE & TILE, LLC
TURBO SPEED TRUCKING LLC

And he seems to racking up quite a few court cases in the past 5 years.
If had known this beforehand, I would never have anything to do with these
people.
