AAA Auto Carrier Inc was hired to move my mustang from CA to NC. They charged me $850 for the move, but caused $820 of damage durring the moved. When I picked up my car in NC, I looked at the back bumper and there were gouge marks down the center of my back bumper, along with dents on the top of it. The truck that delivered my car was one of the new ones that lets you move the racks around with lifts. From what I saw, and what 2 body shops said is that they let another car's bumper down on top of mine. Ok, so I jumped through all the claim hoops. Oh, their claim service ONLY works by mail, you can NEVER call them. Funny huh? Ok, 2 seperate estiamtes, a roll of film, and $25 Overnight express fee's Since you only have 7 days from time of deliver to have a claim in their hands. They wrote me a letter back saying my claim was denied. Filed with the BBB, their insurance company, wrote some more letters, and now hired a lawyer to go after them. I would rather spend the $800 on a lawyer, and get my money back then let AAA Auto Carriers get away with this.
