I purchased a car online and found United Auto Transporters online as well. They gave me a great rate and a delivery time well under that of any others I called. I scheduled the pickup for the Monday following payment for the car. My error as the dealer would not release the car until I had signed the buyers order. Their receptionist had mistakenly sent the paperwork 2day instead of overnight. The driver was ready to go on Monday as I had requested. That is why I stated they were ontime for pickup. It took a few days to arrange a pickup from the lot during which I was calling Hamlet 2-3 times a day for updates. I never gave him the opportunity to call me first. When the company picked the car up from the dealer on the following Tuesday, I was called by both Hamlet and the delivery company to let me know they had the car and would be delivering it Wednesday. I had the car in 18 hours! Couldn't believe it. I will be reviewing the delivery company as soon as I confirm it's exact name so as not to review the wrong one. Hamlet and his co-workers were incredibly patient with my frequent calls for pickup status and it is appreciated. I do not plan on getting yet another car anytime soon but will call UAT first should I require their services.
