Day one was a No-Show. Even after several calls, no one seemed to know who would pick us up, or when. Several notes went to Tanya, our contact person. She didn't call back. We finally reached her by calling her. She said she would call me "Right back" with the name and phone number of our driver. No call. The next day, I started over with a "we don't know" reply. I cancelled my order to ship. "Sometime in the future" wasn't a good enough attitude, with a deadline on my part that they were aware of from the onset. It seemed that each day re-started the process.
