Broker was AWESOME!!! CARRIER who somehow had a 100% satisfaction rating FAILED MISERABLY. He chose the pick up and delivery dates and was still 2 days late claiming to have had vehicle issues. He told the broker he would call 1 day before pick up and delivery, I had to call him several times for ETAs. He also told me he would call 1 hour before arrival, again I had to call for ETAs. After he found out the pick up was at a residence his ETAs were never met, and he expected the person to wait up until 12:30am to help load my motorcycle, and stated if the pick up person refused to wait up he would postpone the pick up until the following week. He picked up my motorcycle in a passenger van that the seats had been removed and transferred it to a box truck, which was not disclaimed to the broker or me. During one of the many calls to him for ETAs, he accidentally stated that the "van" was being worked on, leaving me to conclude he was delaying pick up and delivery at my expense to put this van into service. At some point in transferring my motorcycle from the van to the box truck he dropped it or laid the bike down creating a vapor lock in the crankcase and causing a repair. He has yet to answer or return my call. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER!!!
