Very dissatisfied. After contact signed and deposits paid, we received the schedule for the pick up, for a date that was later than our planned departure to Florida. When trying to seek help from our salesman(Nick), he would immediately transfer my call to another department which gave me no satisfaction. Once they received my payment, that seemed to be all they were interested in. They also changed my transport ciost from what they quoted, without discussing it with me.
