DISHONEST AND RUDE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We found the sales staff to be extremely unprofessional and rude (ie using abusive language). After converting the sale, the staff did little to follow up to track the progress of the move or return calls. After finding that they hadn't placed the order into dispatch despite the sales staff and dispatch staff verbally guarantying that car would be picked up by the date quoted on the phone, we cancelled the order and were charged $100 for no reason (ie the company had not started any paperwork or processing). When we tried to contact the company's customer service agent we were told not to trust the sales staff at the company as they would say "anything" to get the sale converted. She also told us that we should take part of the blame and pay $100 for not having read the contract. WORD OF ADVICE: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE RUDE, ABUSIVE AND HAVE NO CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
