Bad Driver

The customer service on the phone was great. By that I mean getting the quotes and setting up a time to pick up and deliver my trucks. What I did not like about the service was that the driver who came to pick up my car was rude and he didn't speak much English. My parents live off the highway in AR so I couldn't understand why he said he couldn't pull into my parents drive way. He demanded that we drive the car out to the highway. Trying to be in a good mood, I asked my sister to go ahead and drive the car to meet him where it was convenient for him. (By the way they live in the country side and their driveway is huge!!!!). And then the same thing happens for the drop off. But this time he asked us to meet him about a 20 minute drive from where we live. My husband was upset and we told him since it was suppose to be a door to door service for him to drop it off at our house. He told us he won't be able to make it that day, only to call us much later that night and said he's coming by. My street is a loop so when he didn't want to drive on it, we told him to meet us at the corner. We paid him in cash and got our car. The whole ordeal was just too stressful for me.

The price was reasonable but next time I'll pay a little more in hope that the driver would be more customer friendly.
