We contacted AA after another company failed to identify a shipper, was tough to contact and did not follow up. AA communicated directly and frankly about what was needed, and followed up, including when a complication arose because we were still listed with the earlier company. Pickup was tough because a hurricane was on the way and a ferry ride was involved....delivery was quick and the shipper was very patient even when their call to the delivery site was not answered promptly. I would definitely use AA again.
