After thorough research on this website and others, I decided to use AA auto & home movers as my broker because I trusted that it would hire a reliable, responsible and honest truck driver. Eric gave me his speech about how his company provides the best customer service and how I can trust them. My first disappointment came right after contract when I politely asked them for an accommodation to be made, which was not met.

For shipping my car, Donald from D&D services from Hampton VA, was hired to deliver my car to Arizona. Yes, he did arrive earlier than the estimated time of delivery of 6 to 9 days. However, my car was covered with grease (he admitted to it as well), some of which was even tread marks. It also had some minor scratches. When I questioned Donald about these, he first told me that I need to "be honest". When I told him that I had taken photos of the before condition, he said he did "not take a good look at the car" when he picked up and kept on changing his stories. At last, he threatened me that unless he was paid, he will just pick my car back up and put it away until he got the payment. I told Eric, who then transferred me to Meredith. But, they said it has to be resolved between me and the driver and that they cannot do anything.

Yes, it's only grease and some minor scratches. But, I know that what I paid them was definitely not in the lower part of the scale, and that it deserved better service than this. I will NOT use them again, and I do NOT recommend either AA auto or D&D services.
