Do not be fooled by their name or any other information they give you. The low quote you get is not guaranteed or in most cases even possible. It is just a number they put out and hope some driver takes. They take no preemptive measures to get your car shipped. They don't call anyone or even fight for your price. This company had three weeks before my pick up date to arrange a transport(total of four counting the extra week I gave them). But in the end nothing came of it. Even when I called for information about the process and an approximation of how much longer before my car is collected, I would either get lies or just get yelled at by horrible customer service reps. Luckily however, I found a different company who actually got my car loaded on that same day. Thus making all this company's excuses invalid.

What you should take from this is that these people are just out for your money. What's worse is that as soon as you give them a pickup date(which they probably won't keep) then you will have to pay a non-refundable $200 for them to basically do nothing. Don't be fooled by the name like I was, they are in no way affiliated with the AAA service providers and come no where close in therms of service. It was just another of their lies to get your money.

Side Note: Unfortunately I did not check this company out until after they got my money, but I did notice that they have replied to some of their bad reviews by saying they have no records of the customer's ID number. If they do that with this review, I will be glad to show my receipts to anyone who asks.

WE USUALLY WORK MAGIC, AND STRIVE TO GIVE STELLAR SERVICE, THAT IS WHY WE BLESSED TO HAVE SO MANY HAPPY REPEAT CUSTOMERS THAT SHIP WITH US OVER AND OVER. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU GET HURRICANES AND SERIOUS WEATHER LIKE THERE WAS ON THE EAST LAST WEEK, CUSTOMERS NEED TO REALIZE DRIVERS SAFTEY COMES FIRST! RATHER THAN WAITING A DAY OR TWO, CHRIS ANDERSON CALLED ANOTHER BROKER AND DOUBLEBOOKED. WHEN THE SAME DRIVER SEES SAME CAR FROM THE SAME CITIES BEING OFFERED FOR WAY MORE MONEY- WHICH ANDERSON IS ADMITTING- YOUR CAR CAN BE PICKED UP INSTANTLY TOO. WHAT HE DOESN'T TELL YOU IS JUST HOW MUCH MORE HE HAD TO PAY- HE PAID 900 WITH TOTAL CAR SHIPPING, WHICH IS DOUBLE WHAT WE WERE CHARGING-SO THAT ADDITIONAL $450 IS THE SOURCE OF HIS ANGER AND HENCE THIS UNTRUTHFUL REVIEW. WE SAY THIS ALL THE TIME- WE ALL USE THE SAME TRUCKS AND THE SAME DRIVERS, THE ONLY THING YOU ACCOMPLISH IS DRIVING UP YOUR PRICE WHEN YOU DOUBLEBOOK.
