Never Use A1 Auto Transport

If you are going to transport your car, please don’t use A1 Auto Transport. It took a long time to deliver my car, almost 19 days. They could not even tell me when exactly I’m going to receive my car. They're pretty quick on getting my car from the origin, but pretty bad on delivering it. When I received my car, one of the wheels is damage. I contacted the customer service and I was told that there will be a $500 deductible on a claim. In addition, I have 7 days to supply them with pictures and two estimates. I will probably just pay it because I have a feeling that my claim will probably go to A1 Auto Transport black hole.

The receptionist is very rude and very unprofessional. She even hung up on me because she could not answer my inquiry. The customer service was almost unreachable, thanks to the receptionist. She told me several times to call in a couple of hours to reach the customer service with no luck.

I was paying for this service and I think a customer should be treated with a little respect. If you want a professional auto transporter, A1 Auto Transport is not the one.
