There are 2 departments: marketing - good service
handling - bad service
Don't use this company, no matter how nice the lady sounds b/c she's not the same person that will be handling your paperwork (Michelle).
Michelle gave me the run around about why the car was delayed. Car was 1 week late!
Furthermore, drivers very unprofessional, smoked in my car and left ashes everywhere.
